While we can process and ship your order of in-stock items within 3 business days of receiving your payment,
we recommend this lead time to allow for any last-minute changes you may wish to make with your order.
For custom orders (ie personalized with your name), please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
For all other products, please note the processing time listed in each product description.

PAYMENT PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
*PAYPAL: It is the most secure way to pay for online purchases! You do not need to open a PayPal account to use this method. You can use a credit card or bank card to make your purchase using PayPal.
*EMAIL TRANSFER: CANADA ONLY
With this payment option, you can use your bank's e-transfer system to pay for your order. Please indicate, in the Order Comments box, that you will be using this payment option. Simply add our email address, email@example.com, to your email transfer client list. Once your payment is confirmed and received, we will begin to process your order. This payment option is available within Canada only.
*PURCHASE ORDER: For Wholesale Orders Only
As we are located in Ontario, Canada, all orders billed to Ontario addresses will be automatically charged 13% HST. For all other provinces you will be automatically charged GST or HST as stipulated by your provincial tax laws. For orders shipped outside of Canada, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, duty, fees or other taxes.
RETURNS - Please use the Form below.
We would like you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return the applicable merchandise, with a return authorization code, for exchange or a full refund within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
*Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your order. All packages are inspected prior to shipping for accuracy and quality. We must be notified immediately of any items that arrive damaged.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE
Once you have received a Return Authorization Code from us, please complete the RETURNS FORM below and type your Return code in the RMA box.
To receive a full refund, all applicable items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in the following conditions:
A refund will not be issued if the affected items are returned without meeting the above criteria. A store credit will be issued instead.
*When applicable, refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return with the accompanying Return Authorization Code.
A store credit will be issued for any returned merchandise that has not met the Return criteria, and for merchandise returned after the 14 day retun period.
Custom products are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE (ie. products on which we print your name or information by request).
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to orders shipped from us and returns shipped from customers to us.
